Welcome to BeneFit. By accessing our website, using our mobile application, or subscribing to any of our meal plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
1. About BeneFit
BeneFit is a subscription-based healthy meal delivery service operating in Qatar. We provide freshly prepared, nutritionist-designed meals delivered directly to your door according to your chosen plan and schedule. Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above residing within our delivery zones in Qatar.
2. Account Registration
- You must create an account to subscribe to any meal plan or book a consultation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated at all times.
- BeneFit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Subscription Plans
- BeneFit offers a range of subscription plans based on the number of meals, snacks, and duration selected.
- All subscriptions are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment.
- Your selected plan will automatically renew based on the chosen subscription period unless cancelled or paused in advance.
- Subscription details, including pricing and inclusions, are displayed on our website and are subject to change with prior notice.
4. Payments & Pricing
- All subscriptions must be paid in full and in advance before service begins.
- Prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.
- BeneFit reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated before your next renewal.
- Payments once made are non-refundable except in cases of service failure directly attributable to BeneFit, as outlined in Section 7.
5. Meal Selection & Customisation
- Subscribers may select their preferred meals from our rotating weekly menu within the parameters of their chosen plan.
- Meal swaps or changes must be submitted before the daily cut-off time as specified in the app or website.
- If no selection is made before the cut-off, BeneFit reserves the right to assign meals based on your dietary preferences on file.
- Menu items are subject to change based on ingredient availability, seasonality, or operational requirements.
6. Delivery
- Deliveries are made during fixed time slots selected at the time of subscription or updated via your account settings.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. BeneFit is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- If you are unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery, the meal will be left at the designated location. BeneFit is not responsible for any deterioration in meal quality thereafter.
- Delivery is available within specified zones in Qatar only. Zones may be updated from time to time.
- BeneFit is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic congestion, extreme weather conditions, or force majeure events.
7. Modifications, Pauses & Cancellations
- Any changes to your subscription — including plan upgrades, downgrades, pauses, or meal swaps — must be requested at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
- Subscriptions may be paused for a minimum of one day and a maximum of 30 consecutive days per pause request.
- To cancel your subscription, please submit a cancellation request through your account or by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations made after payment has been processed for the upcoming period will not be eligible for a refund for that period, except where BeneFit has failed to deliver the service.
8. Refunds & Service Credits
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind, missed deliveries due to customer unavailability, or late meal swap requests.
- If BeneFit is unable to deliver your meal due to an error on our part, you will receive a service credit equivalent to the value of the missed meal, applied to your next billing cycle.
- In cases of confirmed food quality issues reported within 2 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photo), BeneFit will review the complaint and may issue a credit or replacement at our discretion.
- All refund or credit requests must be submitted via hello@benefit.qa or through the in-app support feature.
9. Dietary Information & Allergens
- BeneFit provides full nutritional information and ingredient lists for every meal on our menu.
- It is the customer's responsibility to review meal details and inform BeneFit of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions prior to subscribing.
- All meals are prepared in a shared kitchen facility and may come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and seafood. BeneFit cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- BeneFit's meal plans and consultations are designed to support general healthy eating goals and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or clinical dietary treatment. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, please consult your doctor before subscribing.
10. Consultations
- BeneFit offers optional nutrition consultation sessions with qualified professionals.
- Consultation bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session fee.
- Advice provided during consultations is for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
11. Intellectual Property
- All content on the BeneFit website and app, including logos, images, meal descriptions, recipes, and written content, is the exclusive property of BeneFit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any BeneFit content without prior written permission.
12. User Conduct
By using our platform, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or ordering.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
- Use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Post abusive, defamatory, or offensive content through any communication channel with BeneFit.
BeneFit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards.
13. Limitation of Liability
- BeneFit's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription period during which the issue occurred.
- BeneFit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Qatar law.
14. Changes to Terms
BeneFit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably before pursuing formal proceedings.
